Leave History
Leave history details, such as start and end dates, date paid, time off and the reason for taking the leave is viewed and maintained in this window.

Prerequisites
- Leave Accruals Methods - Annual, Sick, Long Service Leave etc.
Rules and Guidelines
- When an employee is selected, any existing Leave History is displayed.
- Employee will not be paid SSP if the sick dates are entered in the Leave History screen.
- Details of Leave History can be recorded/viewed directly into the table, or by using the drill down on the record.
ESS Access
- Information entered on this screen can be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
Field Information
Select a Leave Type from the list. This list can be changed in the 'Leave Classification Description' table.
Enter the first day of leave
Enter the last day of leave.
Enter the date the leave has been approved.
Enter the amount of leave time taken in hours, days, or weeks. The "Hours Taken" and "Days Taken" columns should be populated based on actual days and hours in the work pattern for that day.
Select an Hours Type code. This list can be changed in the 'Hours Type Codes' table.
Reason used for Other Leave, with a type of O.
Select a leave reason from the list. This list can be changed in the 'Leave Reason table.'
